Use of our services

You may use our services for lawful personal use in accordance with applicable platform rules and these terms. You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems.

Games and digital content

Game content, features, availability, and supported platforms may change as products are developed and updated. Virtual scenarios and narrative content in Parallel Earth are fictional and are provided for entertainment.

Intellectual property

Atomic Ionspire Studios and its original software, artwork, branding, text, game systems, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and services remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

Our products may use third-party platforms or services such as app stores, analytics providers, or advertising services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

No warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomic Ionspire Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We may update these terms as our products and services evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
